The SISMIC team's mission is to stabilize the Pakistani offshore market by assisting partners with the enrollment process and penetrating new territories such as Turkey and Azerbaijan while retaining a good number of sales in Pakistan.

The candidate's main responsibilities include generating sales and developing partnerships with prospective partners in Southern Pakistan, assisting existing partners with the enrollment process, and uploading new applications on the enrollment portal, among other duties.

As a member of the SISMIC team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Generating sales and developing partnerships with prospective partners in Southern Pakistan.
  • Assisting existing partners with the enrollment process, ensuring that applications are processed effectively and efficiently.
  • Uploading new applications on our enrollment portal and following up with the student until their electronic Confirmation of Enrollment (eCoE) slips have been released.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from students and partners.
  • Handling re-enrolments, deferments, agent commissions, refunds, and withdrawal requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Understanding our course promotions and being able to explain them to our partners.
  • Conducting competitor analysis from time to time and providing feedback to our marketing team.
  • Providing our partners with the latest marketing and enrollment material.
  • Visiting our partners frequently in Southern Pakistan to maintain strong relationships.
  • Liaising with staff, students, and educational agency partners.
  • Organizing events, seminars, and conferences to promote AIBTGlobal.
  • Reminding our Senior Account Manager of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Attending and participating in frequent sales meetings and regular training sessions.
  • Developing sales materials, such as proposals, slides, analysis, and designing marketing materials.
  • Managing communication with the students on behalf of the faculty.
  • Providing friendly and effective support, assistance, and general advice to students in person, on the phone, and by email on day-to-day issues.

To be eligible for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree with three years of experience in the education industry. Due to the nature of the business operations, the candidate should be located in Lahore and be able to travel to visit partners in Southern Pakistan.

Candidate may be required to travel within or outside of Pakistan for short periods for training or promotional purposes, and working hours are to be negotiated The candidate is required to work from home unless advised differently.
