As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, and secure profitable partnerships. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will develop effective strategies aligned with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  •  Prospecting and generating leads through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  •  Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential partners.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staying up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  •  Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the industry/sector.
  • Strong grasp of sales principles and techniques, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  •  Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
