Telesales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to sell products or services over the phone. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, generating sales, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Achieve sales targets and quotas by closing sales over the phone.
Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
Identify customer needs and offer solutions to address their concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, or other sources.
Handle objections and negotiate deals with professionalism and persistence.
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and improve sales strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales ability and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is an advantage.
