Requirements: -

Minimum Qualification: Minimum qualification BBA.

Job Experience: 2-5 years of experience as admin/secretary.

Language: English & Urdu.

Skills: Strong organizational skills & communication skills. MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

Transport: Company will provide bike.

Residence: Near Karachi, Sindh.

The person(s) holding this position will report directly to company’s CEO and work under their direct supervision.

  • Managing office Administration and Corporate Affairs.
  • Representing the company in a professional manner in person, in telephonic conversation and in written correspondence in all kinds.
  • Maintain the office calendar, including the schedule for the CEO, telephone coverage, and mail/email replies.
  • Travel arrangements/meeting schedule.
  • Coordinate with different HODs.
  • Perform external and internal administrative task.
  • Managed and monitored inventory of office supplies and tools, ordered new supplies when necessary.
  • Maintained office filing and documentation system.

Renumeration

Base Salary of Rs 40,000.

Fuel Allowance & Travel Refund subject to thorough audit of expenses. Employee will be required to maintain a travel log with justification of visits.

Bonus & Incentive: Annual Bonus
