Job Requirements:

Female candidates preferred
Age: 27-35 years
Graduation degree required
No family/personal commitments during working hours
Freshers are Welcome: Candidates with a passion for learning and exceptional commitment are encouraged to apply.
Experience: Relevant experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is paramount.
Power back-up
Good/High internet speed (at least above to 10 Mbps)
Good specification holding laptop/PC
Buzzing-free headset with speaker

Working Hours:

10 am - 7 pm Pakistan time
6 days a week
Flexibility required for extra hours if necessary to cover a shift

Advanced Duties (Over Time):

Rechecking and assigning fares to trips
Handling accounts
Managing a customer database
Designing fares for specific routes
Maintaining driver/staff records
Managing the website/business visibility
Conducting meetings with the team
Communicating with and educating drivers
Other general tasks as required

Training and Selection Process:

Immediate onboarding
3-day unpaid training
Selection based on passion, dedication, job commitment, time management, and punctuality.
Freshers Welcome: Individuals new to the field are also invited to apply, but only if they demonstrate eagerness to learn and work with dedication.
Experience: Experience in the relevant field may be preferred.

Compensation:

Probationary period salary: PKR 25,000 for the initial 3 months
Salary can increase but based on performance even within the probationary period

Joining Date:

If selected, the joining date will be considered the first day of training.
