An experienced Property Consultant (Local & International – Real Estate) to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. The property consultant’s responsibilities include developing and sustaining good working relationships with and other property consultants, inspecting properties with clients, and conducting surveys to obtain data. You should also be able to correctly inform clients of market conditions and trends. (Female candidates are encouraged to apply).

Property Consultant Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Ownership quality.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Proven experience in property management or real estate (Local and International).
  • Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Fluent Urdu and English Language Skills.

Salary + Commission based job + Employee Benefits

Regular Office Timings: 9:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
