Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Associate at Aeon & Trisl Real Estate - Pakistan in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and selection processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with policies.
Assist with training and development initiatives.
Handle employee queries and solve HR-related issues.
Coordinate with other departments for HR-related tasks.
Conduct exit interviews and manage off-boarding processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. (Not enrolled in master and requires work experience first)
Previous HR experience. (1 - 1.5 year)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of HR software and employment law.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
