HR Manager

Advance Digital Solutions PVT Ltd is a leading digital marketing company, is seeking a talented and versatile HR Manager from Tech or Call Center industry to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage the recruitments and selection process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining open lines of communication, promoting employee recognition, reward programs and facilitating a respectful workplace.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Conduct regular salary surveys, monitor benchmark compensation and benefits policies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and provisional requirements.
Keep updated on HR trends, legislations, advancements and recommend global changes as necessary requirement.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management or Business Administration or related fields.
