Shift Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)
Candidate Requirement:
- Must be fluent in English (a 610 Score is a must)
- Must be Disciplined & Punctual (No Compromise)
- Should be able to work under pressure
- Should be able to work in a team
- Must be able to work in Night Shift
- Must have own Transportation/Conveyance (Transport provided to female candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Present and promote our products/services effectively
- Identify and understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed set targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
