Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Analyze market data to develop strategies for reaching target audiences.
Generate & qualify leads through various channels and assess their potential for business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Work closely with the technical team to understand the software solutions offered and align them with client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Development Manager/Director.
Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Use feedback to inform product/service improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Know-how of current software technologies, infrastructure, frameworks, cloud services, databases, and reporting systems.
Familiarity with software development cycle.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented and self-motivated.
