Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our products and services.
Foster collaborative relationships with customers to enhance our service competitiveness.
Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of any service-related issues.
Deliver a positive customer experience that contributes to achieving high Quality Assurance (QA) scores.

What We Are Looking For:

A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
The ability to convey technical information in a clear and accessible manner.

Job Requirements:

A Levels/Intermediate or higher.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
An American or neutral accent.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary up to Rs70,000.
