Monthly notification to Corporate Finance (CF) team members for the upcoming 3 months CF expiry facility. This is to ensure a timely renewal.
Effective coordination and management of all CF related payments such as:
1. CF facilities Commission payments.
2. Revolvers payments.
3. Sukuk Payments.
4. Any other CF facilities recurring payments
- Securing from CF facilities banks on a timely basis the VAT invoices against CF commission payments to the banks. Coordinating with payment team for related matters.
- Assisting CF team members in CF facilities data entry in ERP or any other designated system, if and when required.
- Manage roll-over of CF facilities (corporate revolver facilities, Sukuk, … etc)
- Coordinate with CF banks to obtain balance confirmation every quarter for the auditor. Also ensure proper reconciliation against CF records and rectify any variances.
