Appointment Setter

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, lead generation, communication, and customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of deals.
Cold calling and appointment scheduling between prospects and sales team
Target for Appointment scheduling: 20 appointments per week.
Cold Calling and email marketing is the major role.
Develop a deep understanding of our software and services and how they can solve customer needs and pain points
To make a minimum of 100 calls per day sourced from both marketing leads and self-identified prospects.
