Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our construction services, engage with clients, and generate leads.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination within the organization.
  • Organization: Maintain office files, records, and supplies to ensure everything is readily accessible when needed.
  • Client Interaction: Handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to enhance office efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, marketing, and client interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
