Sales / Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can drive sales growth and enhance our brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
