Customer Relationship Manager - CRM

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing and enhancing our interactions with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee the CRM system and ensure it is effectively used by the team to manage customer interactions and data.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Provide regular reports on CRM metrics and customer satisfaction to senior management.
Train and support team members in using the CRM system and following best practices.
