We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client needs into beautiful, functional spaces.
This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, materials, and trends, as well as the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop design concepts that align with their vision.
Design Development: Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Select furnishings, materials, and finishes that fit the design concept.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
Creativity: Strong creative and artistic abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to think outside the box and provide innovative design solutions.
Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Space Planning: Optimize space usage and functionality, considering traffic flow, lighting, and ergonomics. Develop layout plans that enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of spaces.
Design Documentation: Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, color schemes, and material samples. Maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.
Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative solutions and recommendations.
Problem Solving: Address design challenges and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
