We are currently seeking a highly skilled and qualified professional to join our finance team as a CFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making, combined with a keen understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial performance trends and provide actionable insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage tax reporting and compliance, including preparation of tax returns and liaising with tax authorities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualified.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles (IFRS), and tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
