We are hiring a Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will actively seek out new sales opportunities, present solutions to potential clients, and meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers to explain products/services and convenience for a meeting session.
- Respond to customer inquiries about services, prices, and promotions.
- Enter details of customer interactions and sales into our system.
- Work towards personal and team sales targets.
- Offer friendly support and resolve customer issues.
- Follow scripts to ensure clear and consistent communication. (Impromptu can be done based on the customer's requirements).
- Stay positive and learn from feedback if a customer declines.Must have a strong US accent (native accent).
Qualification
- Bachelors degree.
- Fluency in English (Native US speaking skills)
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Please Note: We are hiring for the night shift.
