ZIN-Technologies seeks a skilled Embedded Software Engineer with a thorough understanding of C and C++ programming. This role is pivotal in the design and development of embedded systems that drive various devices and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of relevant experience in embedded systems design, RTOS, and microcontroller programming. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions and ensure that systems are reliable and efficient. While this position does not involve managing a team, effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential to support teamwork and project goals.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test embedded software for microcontrollers and embedded systems.
Implement and optimize algorithms for real-time applications, utilizing RTOS for efficient performance.
Troubleshoot and debug software and hardware issues, ensuring proper functionality and performance of embedded systems.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware components seamlessly.
Utilize version control systems (Git) to manage source code and maintain version history.
Write clear and concise documentation for software development processes and system architecture.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to industry best practices.
Research and apply communication protocols, including CAN, I2C, and SPI, for effective device interaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into projects as necessary.
Provide technical support to other teams and stakeholders, communicating complex concepts in an understandable manner.
