Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Outbound Sales Specialists (for UK based sales) to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in business loans and other financial products. The candidate must possess the drive to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base, working through lead generation to sale closing

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, focusing on business loans and other financial products
Manage the entire lead-to-application-to-close process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets through effective sales strategies and techniques: daily call targets, lead targets, and monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the team and management to develop and implement sales plans.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to clients.
Accurately record and manage client information in the system.
Provide continued support to ensure smooth on boarding.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in business loans
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Languages: Proficiency in English (UK)
