You will spearhead the creation of internal tools, enhance work environments, and seamlessly integrate IT operations. Your role in managing CI/CD pipelines ensures dependable software delivery, while your collaborative efforts tackle technical challenges and optimize system performance. This role requires a solid grasp of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, using tools like Terraform for efficient infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Internal Tool Development: Develop and optimize engineering tools to enhance team efficiency, targeting tech stack compatibility and operational ease.
Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices applications to improve scalability and integration with existing systems.
IT Architecture Implementation: Align technological solutions with business goals and support system integrity.
Process Automation and Best Practices: Automate workflows, establish best practices, and document procedures, using version control and documentation tools.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Fine-tune CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery with automated testing and version control.
IaC Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy IT infrastructure using IaC paradigms, utilizing tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
Automated Deployment and Monitoring: Develop and maintain automated deployment, testing, and monitoring pipelines for system-wide efficiency.
Collaborative Workflow Optimization: Work with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and address technical impediments.
DevOps Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and manage DevOps tools to enhance deployment speed and system performance.
Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to comply with industry standards and integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines.
Monitoring and Performance Analysis: Deploy monitoring systems, conduct performance analysis, and troubleshoot issues using tools like Sentry, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability through metrics-driven analysis and iterative improvements.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
DevOps Experience: Extensive experience in IT with a focus on DevOps technologies and infrastructure solutions.
Cloud Services Expertise: Proven track record in managing scalable infrastructure solutions with AWS Cloud Services.
Scripting Proficiency: Skilled in scripting languages like Python, Go, or JavaScript for automation and tool development.
Containerization Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Docker for efficient containerized application deployment.
Security and Compliance: Familiarity with application security and compliance standards.
CI/CD Tools Expertise: Experience with CI/CD tools like AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions, and proficiency with logging and APM tools such as Sentry and Grafana.
IaC Proficiency: Strong understanding of IaC principles, using tools like Terraform for infrastructure management.
Troubleshooting Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
Adaptive Learning: A continuous learning mindset and an interest in adopting new technologies and methodologies within the DevOps domain.
