We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager with a minimum of three years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive lead generation for our real estate business.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

4. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and real estate industry trends.

7. Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and strategic partners to expand our social media reach and visibility.

8. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

9. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of three years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry.

3. Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

9. Passion for real estate and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
