Overview: We are seeking a skilled Boxing Gloves Pattern Sample Master with expertise in designing and creating boxing and MMA gloves. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing precise patterns and samples that meet design specifications and functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

Create precise patterns for boxing gloves and MMA gloves based on design specifications.
Develop samples for testing and evaluation.
Ensure patterns meet required standards and functional requirements.
Conduct research on materials and construction techniques suitable for gloves.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pattern Cutter or Sample Master in the boxing equipment industry, with a focus on gloves.
Proficiency in pattern-cutting techniques and knowledge of materials commonly used in gloves (e.g., leather, synthetic fabrics, PU).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pattern creation and sample making.
Experience in testing and iterating designs based on feedback.
