We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing / Merchandising Officer to join our team in Sialkot City. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance our brand presence. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in merchandising activities, ensuring that our products are presented effectively to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the successful launch of new products, including pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
Plan and execute product displays and visual merchandising in retail spaces to attract customer attention and drive sales.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure products are readily available to meet customer demand.
Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions about product assortment and inventory replenishment.
Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the necessary marketing and merchandising support to achieve their targets.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of marketing and merchandising initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to leverage promotional opportunities and optimize merchandise availability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5 years) in marketing and/or merchandising roles, preferably in the export sector.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
