As a Front Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients on Discord and Twitter to promote and sell our design services. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales within the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with potential clients on Discord and Twitter to generate leads and promote our design services.
Must have a professional chatting skills in English.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the design team to understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our design services to potential clients.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
