We are looking for a friendly and efficient Order Taker to join our team. As an Order Taker, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their orders are taken accurately and served promptly. You will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take accurate orders from customers and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Answer any questions customers may have about the menu.
- Ensure orders are served in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Assist with packaging takeout orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in Urdu; proficiency in English is an advantage.
