World Wide Study Adviser is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Admission Officer to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 1.5 years of experience in admissions or a related administrative field. The Admission Officer will play a key role in managing the student application process and guiding prospective students through the admissions journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process student admission applications, ensuring all required documents are properly collected, reviewed, and verified.
- Provide clear guidance and support to prospective students and their families regarding admissions procedures and criteria.
- Review and assess applications to determine student eligibility based on established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of admission activities and update databases as required.
- Assist in organizing and participating in admission-related events such as open houses and information sessions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate a smooth transition for newly admitted students.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from students, parents, and educational partners.
- Track and report on admission statistics and trends for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in an admissions or similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with databases.
- Knowledge of the education system and admission procedures in Pakistan is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
