What are we looking for?

Substantial customer service experience
Be proficient in English
Able to work at night shift
Must not be enrolled in any educational curriculum or involved at any full/part time job
Willing to work for minimum 12 months and sign a one-year contract
Professional telephone manner
Highly developed decision making and problem-solving skills
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Intermediate computer skills and touch typing skills
Ability to remain calm, manage stress and work under pressure
Work quickly and accurately with the ability to multitask
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
