We are seeking a dedicated and skilled System Operations Technician with an IT Diploma to join our team. This position is a unique blend of remote and onsite responsibilities, catering to the IT infrastructure needs of our organization in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  1. Networking: Proficient in setting up and maintaining network systems to ensure seamless communication within the organization.
  2. GitHub Setup: Configure and manage GitHub repositories for collaborative development and version control.
  3. Chrome Profile Setup: Skillful in setting up and customizing Chrome profiles for optimal productivity.
  4. Windows Installation: Expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
  5. Domain Management: Manage domain configurations to ensure a secure and efficient online presence.
  6. Market Laptop Purchase: Research and facilitate the procurement of laptops, staying updated on market trends and specifications.
  7. Mobile Repairing: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mobile devices to address employee issues promptly.
  8. Market Visit: Ability to visit local markets in Lahore to purchase IT equipment and stay informed about market trends.
  9. Employee App Issues: Provide technical support for resolving issues related to the employee app.

Requirements:

  1. IT Diploma Holder: Possess a recognized IT diploma demonstrating foundational knowledge in the field.
  2. Networking Skills: Solid understanding of networking principles and practices.
  3. GitHub Proficiency: Experience in setting up and managing repositories on GitHub.
  4. Windows Expertise: Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
  5. Mobile and Laptop Markets Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Lahore's mobile and laptop markets, with the ability to make informed purchasing decisions.
  6. Remote + Onsite Availability: Flexibility to work remotely and travel onsite when required.
  7. Local Resident: Must be a resident of Lahore.
