We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative specializing in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of durable medical equipment products over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

1.            Sales Outreach:

•              Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our range of durable medical equipment products.

•              Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate DME solutions to meet those needs.

2.            Product Knowledge:

•              Develop a deep understanding of our durable medical equipment products, their features, and benefits.

•              Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate product advantages to customers.

3.            Customer Relationship Management:

•              Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

•              Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance in product selection.

4.            Sales Targets:

•              Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

•              Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.

5.            Team Collaboration:

•              Collaborate with other team members, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.

•              Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

•              Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the durable medical equipment or healthcare industry.

•              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•              Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•              Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

•              High school diploma; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
