Social Media Manager

We Whiteco Real Estate Marketing currently have an excellent opportunity for a Social Media Manager - Talent Acquisition for a major Real Estate Industry in Islamabad. The Social Media Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing, deploying and optimizing social media content aligned with supporting specific brand objectives (specifically aligned to talent and the career channels). The individual will work with Talent leaders and brand teams to create strategies and execute on tactics. Position responsibilities are:

Build programs based on campaign objectives.
Write and edit social media posts
Create and maintain editorial calendar for multiple channels
Monitor and analyze tracking data, inform client of progress, and provide recommendations
Proactively seek out, adopt and create compelling, highly shareable content
Manage campaign budgets and advises on recommended campaign optimization
Ensure campaign delivery, performance and goals are being fulfilled as scheduled
Plan and manage allocated campaigns
Build strong relationships across teams
Build brand's social media image to increase brand's reach and level of influence
Set and achieve goals for driving social media channel growth and engagement
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
Collaborate with social listening and analytics team to develop key learnings
Take social media initiatives through Legal, Medical and Regulatory review.

Position requirements:

Five years of relevant work experience
Extensive experience using social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc...)
Experience using a Social Media Management System (Hootsuite, Sprinkler, Radian6, etc.)
Understanding of paid social campaign management technology from implementation to daily management of optimization features
Excellent project management skills
Experience with data and analytical tools
