Our Company "We'll Life Store" was established in 2014. We are experts and top manufacturers in Herbal and organic, beauty and healthcare products. Expanding business with E-Commerce and Social Media Marketing.

We have an exceptional opportunity for everyone who can chat on Facebook Messenger and knows how to sell. It's a domestic campaign which is why the English language is not a problem, as well as a specific degree or minimum education is also not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming, and outgoing calls & live chat
Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts,s and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines,s and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Reply to e-mails, WhatsApp, and Facebook messages
Manage general sales leads

Requirements

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Good communication and language skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Can work on the latest technology-based platforms
