Sales Representative Role

To engage with business owners/managers/others and pitch them about Alibaba services and get them interested in buying their premium services.
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

Responsibilities

Making Calls/Emails/Whatsapp
Fulfilled daily assigned KPIs
Making strong prospects with proper KYC and selling Alibaba services➡Up-selling/Cross-selling
Making offline meetings with clients.
Achieve forecasted sales goals
Manage the sales pipeline, and source leads.
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
Be able to demonstrate the features and benefits of Alibaba properly
Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule-conscious, etc.) and maintain a relationship
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions, seminars, and meetings.
Keep communication alive with customers for renewals.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's in marketing, business, or equivalent.
1+ years of sales experience (fresh with a sales mindset are encouraged to apply)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Sales management and b2b selling is a plus.
Able to handle sales and target pressure.
Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Zoom, Skype, LinkedIn, Insta, etc. Can write professional emails.
