Sales Representative Role

  • To engage with business owners/managers/others and pitch them about Alibaba services and get them interested in buying their premium services.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) 

Responsibilities

  • Making Calls/Emails/Whatsapp
  • Fulfilled daily assigned KPIs
  • Making strong prospects with proper KYC and selling Alibaba services➡Up-selling/Cross-selling
  • Making offline meetings with clients.
  • Achieve forecasted sales goals
  • Manage the sales pipeline, and source leads.
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
  • Be able to demonstrate the features and benefits of Alibaba properly
  • Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule-conscious, etc.) and maintain a relationship
  • Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
  • Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions, seminars, and meetings.
  • Keep communication alive with customers for renewals.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in marketing, business, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of sales experience (fresh with a sales mindset are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Sales management and b2b selling is a plus.
  • Able to handle sales and target pressure.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Zoom, Skype, LinkedIn, Insta, etc. Can write professional emails.
