Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Team Members to contribute to our company's growth and success. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for building relationships with clients. As representatives of our company, Sales Team Members play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate universities/colleges as per the companys policy.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or a related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
