We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Marketplace Manager with expertise in managing eBay, Amazon, and Etsy platforms. As an E-Commerce Marketplace Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our company's online presence across these marketplaces. You will be responsible for optimizing product listings, implementing effective strategies, and driving sales growth on these platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on eBay, Amazon, and Etsy to ensure accurate and compelling content, pricing, and images.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase sales, improve visibility, and enhance the overall customer experience on these marketplaces.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer demands.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and policy changes on these marketplaces.
- Utilize analytics tools and reporting to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Optimize inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
- Work closely with customer service teams to address inquiries, feedback, and resolve customer issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, including content guidelines, fulfillment requirements, and customer service standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Marketplace Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on eBay, Amazon, and Etsy.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with eBay, Amazon, and Etsy platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
TIMING: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am (Monday - Friday) Pakistan Standard Time.
