Responsibility:

Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments and timesheet management
Inbound telephone call management and priorities meeting timetables
Dealing with incoming email, post, and corresponding on behalf of the Partner wherever possible
Proactively managing files and draft letters to ensure they are complete
Carrying out research on ad-hoc projects and present findings

Implement and maintain administrative systems
Building maintenance and liaising with maintenance companies for Northgate and St Andrew’s House
Support for marketing events
Data entry into CCH software
LinkedIn management
CRM management

Must-Have:

Excellent Communication Skills.
presentable Personality.
Excellent Email Drafting Skill.
Must have past experience of working with CEO.
