We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our inbound call team based out of Lahore, Pakistan. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers in the USA.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with flexible scheduling.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
