We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agent US based to join our team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for USA-based campaigns. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales or customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for USA-based clients.
- Respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leaders.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Work in alignment with company policies and USA time zones.
- Collaborate with team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (American accent preferred).
- Previous call center experience, particularly for USA campaigns, is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts, as per USA time zones.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle pressure.
