We're seeking an experienced and skilled Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Process invoices, payments, and journal entries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations for Invoicing
Develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures
Ensure segregation of duties and financial transaction authorization

Requirements:

Professional Certifications: Graduation
Experience: 2-3 years in accounting, preferably in sales and distribution business
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Skills: Quickbooks Software, Microsoft office
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks etc.)
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Familiarity with sales tax, income tax, and other regulatory requirements

Software Proficiency:

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Accounting software
ERP systems (optional)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management and cost accounting
Knowledge of the sales and distribution industry
