We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on our client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, and translate findings into design solutions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve design solutions.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to create innovative and user-friendly designs.
- Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, including presenting design solutions and facilitating design workshops.
- Provide support and guidance to developers during the implementation of design solutions, ensuring designs are accurately translated into code.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess the effectiveness of design solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in UX/UI design.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design and a user-centered design approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative design solutions.
- Experience with design systems, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
