We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketer with a strong understanding of architecture to manage and elevate our digital presence. This role involves overseeing website management, digital marketing campaigns, property presentations, and crafting visually appealing content that aligns with real estate trends and architectural excellence.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Optimize website for SEO, user experience, and property listing updates.
- Manage and analyze digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to ensure optimal ROI.
- Craft compelling email marketing campaigns and newsletters targeting specific demographics.
Property Marketing:
- Collaborate with real estate agents to market new listings effectively.
- Develop strategies for promoting off-the-plan properties with digital and print media.
- Maintain a portfolio of visually stunning projects for prospective buyers.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
- Generate monthly reports to track growth and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
2. Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong SEO and PPC campaign management expertise.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Wix, or similar website management platforms.
- Experience in video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

- Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- A passion for architecture, design, and real estate.
