We are looking for ''Business Development Lead'' in Lahore. We have (1) opening for this position and candidate should have minimum of '8 Years’ experience in relevant industry and must be able to convince others with software benefits/features. Detailed job description of this position is listed below; 

Job Descriptions:

  • Discuss, understand and analyze customer’s business model and pain points to propose the right digital / software solution for e-commerce, digital transformation and business automation
  • Explain and demonstrate the solution to educate the customer how our software/solution can save time and money making them more efficient in managing their business.
  • Systematically research the industry and various market segments to understand and identify potential business challenges and convert them to opportunities for VROX
  • Develop deep understanding of Software & IT solutions & services, its competition and keep himself/herself updated of the market conditions, emerging trends
  • Devise various proposals for the customer needs and demonstrate its business case for the customer
  • Take full ownership of the deal, act as front face of VROX for the client till the satisfactory closure of sales and generate referrals through satisfaction of the customers.
  • Advise the customer right solution at right price with full transparency. Offer helping hand to the customer to help him/her succeed
  • Negotiate commercial agreement + ethically bind and bond the customer for its fulfillment
  • Develop and maintain professionally cordial relationship with customers in all interactions -meeting in person, email, chat and phone calls displaying decent composure
  • Tenaciously drive new business by working out leads from our in-house database and new ones generated through networking and referrals
  • Make marketing calls in order to generate new business leads, visit enterprise customer premises, attend official lunch/dinners
  • Record all valuable data, monitor and track own sales performance aiming to exceed targets.
  • Efficiently document customer requirements, manage the customer expectations and ensure value is delivered to the customer
