PKR. 30,000 - 40,000/Month

You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, development, and management of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for the company, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talented professionals.
Build and manage a high-performing team of 20 employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the team.
Support employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and professional development.
Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition.
Ensure that all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations in the USA.
Manage employee records, benefits, and other administrative HR tasks.

Required Qualifications:

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
Proven experience working in an HR role, preferably within start-up or fast-paced environments.
Strong recruitment skills with experience in hiring diverse talent for various roles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
A proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.
Previous experience working with international or USA-based teams is a plus.
