We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will focus on capturing business opportunities through various channels, including online portals, LinkedIn, email marketing, and proactive calling.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and target potential clients through online portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Utilize effective prospecting techniques to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Client Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our construction estimation solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor offerings to meet client needs.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Implement a strategic and consultative sales approach to convert leads into clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Marketing Outreach:

  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for promotional materials and social media.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction-based estimation processes and technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with online portals, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
