We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) degree and a concentration in Human Resource Management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
Managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements

MBA with a concentration in HR Management or related field
Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
People-oriented and results-driven
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
