Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Experienced Telesales Representatives for our UK based inbound Telesales and Customer Support Representatives Call Center. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities
1. Collect data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
2. Compile, record, code results and data from interviews or surveys.
3. Deal with unpleasant, angry, or discourteous individuals.
4. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
5. Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data.
6. Seek and provide information to help client determine their needs.
7. Supervise or train others, and maintain staff records.
Qualification / Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or Equivalent.
2. Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying.
3. Excellent Communication Skills (English, UK accent)
4. Excellent grip on quick surfing the possible matches online.
