Join our team as an Internal Auditor at ParkViewCity, a leading real estate development company. As an internal auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, identifying risks, and enhancing internal controls within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes.
- Implementing risk assessment methodologies, in collaboration with senior management.
- Detailed testing of financial data, transactions, and documentation to identify discrepancies errors, or irregularities.
- Prepare audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Communicate audit results and recommendations to the management.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in auditing and real estate.
- Collaborate with external auditors, and regulatory agencies, as necessary to facilitate audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, CA Inter / Finalist, CIA or related field or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience of 5 years in internal auditing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
