We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Expert to manage our presence on various social media platforms and elevate our brand to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, with a strong focus on TikTok content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Interact with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Monitor and manage online reputation and engage with the community to foster positive relationships.
Leverage influencer partnerships and user-generated content to amplify our brand message.
Conduct regular social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Create face-to-face or faceless contact opportunities to compete with competitors and stay current with market trends.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and digital marketing.
Develop and implement strategies for digital advertising and email marketing to complement social media efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with digital advertising and email marketing is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
